Accepted Student Events

Your UMF Journey Begins Here

Accepted Student Days at UMF are your chance to explore campus, meet your future classmates, and experience life as a Beaver before classes begin.

At UMF’s Accepted Student Days, you’ll get a firsthand look at everything that makes our community welcoming, supportive, and exciting. From touring campus to connecting with faculty, staff, and current students, this event is designed to give you the inside scoop on what it’s really like to be part of UMF.

You’ll also have opportunities to meet fellow accepted students, ask questions, and start building friendships before your first semester even begins. Whether you’re exploring academic programs, checking out student life, or just soaking in the vibe of campus, Accepted Student Days help you picture yourself here—and get excited about the journey ahead.

Some of the days activities will include:

  • Student and staff panels where you’ll learn from current UMF students about living on campus, student clubs and organizations, and making it all work
  • Attend a short “Mock Class” to help you get a sense of the learning environment at UMF
  • Student-guided campus tours
  • Brunch in South Dining Hall
  • A specialized, parallel program for parents / families attending
