Wellness in Motion at UMF
Group Fitness at UMF is designed to bring students, faculty, and staff together in a supportive and motivating environment. With a variety of classes offered each week—ranging from high-energy cardio and strength training to yoga and mindfulness—there’s something for everyone, no matter your experience level. Led by enthusiastic instructors, each class emphasizes community, encouragement, and enjoyment, making it more than just a workout. It’s a chance to build healthy habits, reduce stress, and connect with others who share the same passion for wellness.
The UMF Fitness & Recreation Center offers a wide variety of Group Fitness Classes for people of all fitness levels and abilities.
