DESCRIPTION:Due to the weather forecast for Saturday\, we will be moving indoors and holding three separate ceremonies in Dearborn Gymnasium to accommodate all students\, faculty\, families and loved ones.  By organizing the ceremonies in this format\, we can accommodate all family members without excluding anyone from the ceremony.  No tickets will be necessary for guests. DESCRIPTION:The UMF Emery Community Art Center is presenting “The Van Gogh Shogh\,” where solo performer and clown\, Donna Oblongata\, uses the lens of Vincent Van Gogh’s life and legacy to ask urgent questions about the nature of art\, success\, reproduction\, and the potential meaning(lessness) of a creative life. \nThe show takes place Sunday\, July 20\, at 4 p.m. \nOpen to the public. Admission is free\, but bring cash \nShow is interactive and recommended for ages 12+ \nAbout Donna Oblongata\nDonna Oblongata is a critically-acclaimed performer\, social practice artist\, and award-winning writer. Her work has been described as\, “big\, bold\, and endlessly impressive” – Baltimore City Paper\, and “balancing on the thrilling precipice of pleasure and danger” – New Orleans Box Office. She has performed at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center\, Ars Nova (NY)\, and shared the stage with Mikhail Baryshnikov in Slava’s Snow Show.
