UMF offers a variety of spaces and services available for YOUR needs. Regardless of what event you’re planning, we’re here to help.
Rental Fees / Costs effective July 1, 2025
Nonprofit organizations may receive a 25% discount, which may be negotiable. Fees below are for use of space, including regular table and chair set-ups. Special set-ups or additional resources provided for the event will involve an additional charge.

Summer Lodging Fees – 2025
These are prices per person, per night and do not include the 9% sales tax. If you have a State of Maine sales tax exempt number, please include that number on the form and send us a copy of the exempt certificate.
