The University of Maine at Farmington’s Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology – Creative Arts Focus offers a fulfilling path for those seeking to combine clinical counseling with creative expression. The program provides a strong foundation in counseling and psychotherapy while training students to integrate the arts into their practice, preparing graduates to deliver a wide range of counseling services.

With a special emphasis on using creative arts, the program equips counselors to support individuals for whom traditional talk therapy may not be effective, including those with autism or dementia.
