The focus of Student Success will prioritize six objectives, beginning in Year One. We’ve already begun.
- Commitment to Student Success | Champion academic access and success for all UMF students—especially rural, first-generation and underserved students
- Experiential Learning | A broad range of experiential learning will align with our mission and strengthen connections
- Innovative Curriculum | Pioneering programs will integrate interdisciplinary curricula across UMF and our sister institutions
- High Retention and Graduation Rates | We will harness data to help advise, retain, educate and graduate a diverse study body
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion | A culture of inclusion will make people of all backgrounds feel welcomed and valued
- Vibrant Campus Life | Our students will discover and engage deeply in co-curricular, cultural, athletic and social activities
