Keith Holley

Keith Holley is the Sr. Director of Operations and Ancillary Services at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington. He is a registered Radiologic Technologist with a Bachelor of Science in Business, and a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in Healthcare. After receiving his R.T.(R) in 1993, Keith has worked as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in large medical centers, including two universities. In 2006, Keith became the Director of Imaging Services in a 150-bed community hospital, later overseeing three separate outpatient imaging centers and the IP pharmacy in South Carolina. After moving to Wyoming, Keith became the System Ancillary Services Director for two rural hospitals, overseeing Imaging, Laboratory, Respiratory Therapy, Sleep Lab, and Cardiac Rehab. In 2023, Keith and his wife, Tammy, moved to Maine to continue his career at Franklin Memorial Hospital. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding country roads and trails.
